Talking on a cell phone wile driving is bad enough. But when the roads are slick due to rain, ice or even snow that makes it a hundred times worse!

If and when I get a call, I ask them to wait until I can stop as I'm driving and don't want to have an accident. At other times, I use my hands free cord.

I Drive Hands Free: Yes always! :)
Especially in todays times, when time is of the essence, causing people to rush & drive so very fast, it would sincerely seem to us, especially in such a heavily populated state as FL with permanent residents, a well as a most popular tourist attraction, where people frequent from all over the country including, the elderly (snowbirds), college students who celebrate spring break, all the R.V.'s present, as well as people attending races, Cape Canaveral, Disney & the numerous attractions, that with such a diverse population in your state at all times, the legislature would feel safety was an utmost priority! This safety measure affects people of all ages, most importantly the millions of children who visit Disneyworld all year round! Shame on the Florida legislature who simply doesn't seem to care! They should follow the important & wise safety guidelines of States such as CT, NY, & NJ who have instituted laws & high fines for drivers who do not comply with the hands free set law! We hope in some small way this may help the law get passed for the safety sake of all our loved ones who reside in & visit Florida!

I love my blue tooth! I am a driver who actually forgets my rare conversation that I am having to concentrate on the road! Ever notice how the gas pedal foot is connected to the cell phone and ear? DUHHHHH!

Come on people, I'm tired of body shops and car shopping. Can't we all just put the phones down and talk HANDS FREE?
